Baby Bryant

A couple weeks ago I was asked by my friend Catherine to photograph her new bundle of joy.  Baby Bryant is the latest addition to her growing family and I could not have been happier when she asked me to photograph him at 1 month.    The session was mainly for baby Bryant but I was happy to capture her other two children Brayd0n and Brooklynn

I really love photographing kids especially babies, so I am so honored to be there to capture these images for her.  Thanks so much for believing in me Catherine!

Valentine’s Day event at OC Wine Mart

Last month my friend chef Anahita asked me to come out assist her on a Valentine’s Day event at the OC Wine Mart where she will be preparing some desserts to pair with the wine selection at the OC Wine Mart.  Julie Lim, the owner of OC Wine Mart is also my new friend I met through Anahita so I was excited to be doing an event at her shop.    As usual I’m super excited to help Anahita out!  I like to think that I’m her lil sous chef since I love being around food and if I can eat some of it while I’m helping her then its a win win for me!    And for those of you wine lovers out there you gotta check out OC Wine Mart!

So be prepare to feast your eyes on the delicious-ness Anahita created for the guests.

Trang’s Baby Shower

A couple weeks ago I attended my friends Trang and De’s baby shower to welcome their first baby.  I met Trang and De through my BFF Anna a couple years ago and they’ve become one of my closest friends.  We really bonded when we went camping in Pismo Beach this past summer.    I am so excited for the both of them and can’t wait to meet their bundle of joy very soon.

Trang and her sisters did an awesome job with all the food and decorations.  The food were amazing and I was super excited to take pictures of everything!  Thanks again for having me Trang and De!   I love you guys!

Linh & Kevin’s Baby Shower

A couple weekends ago I attended my friend Linh’s baby shower and boy was I a happy camper when I got there!  There were tons of food…all pretty much made by Linh and Kevin’s family.  I love the theme the picked for the shower too!  The theme was from the animated flick “Cars” which I thought was perfect to welcome their baby boy Enzo.  Enzo is an Italian car from Italy and they saw that name when they were traveling a while back.  Linh and Kevin’s family did an awesome job with not only cooking all the delish food but they did an awesome job with the decorations too.  And those of you who know me well know that I love love love sweets so when I saw the dessert table they had I almost melted!  I had to contain myself and try to act as natural as possible lol.    Linh and Kevin, thank you so much for having me at your baby shower and I can’t wait to meet baby Enzo!  Congrats again to the soon to be parents!

Cat’s 30th Birthday Bash

A couple months ago my friend Cat of Lemon Drop Socials celebrated the big 3-0!  Planning her own birthday bash would be nothing short of fabulous since she is a planner herself!  The food was delish and the atmosphere was sophisticated just like Cat herself   She even rented out a Cheesy Photobooth to entertain the guests.  I am a big fan of photo booths for any type of events because at the end of the day this wedding planner like to have fun and act goofy too!

Welcome to the club Cat!  It’s gonna be a fun ride being in our 30′s.  Enjoy every minute of it!  Love ya girl!

My baby sis…she’s all grown up

Hi Everyone!  So sorry I’ve been super slow updating this blog.  I have so much to catch up so I will try my best to do a couple more posts within the next week or so.

For now I want to share with you some photos I took of my baby sis a couple months ago.  She recently graduated high school and my friend Nancy of Nancy Orozco Photography suggested we go out for a fun day of senior pics!  My baby sis, ok ok I should really call her by her name since she’s not really a baby anymore.  To me she will always be my baby sis so its hard to not call her that .  Well my baby sis Katie was a really good sport since she’s not really use to being a model and all but we managed to get some great photos from her.  Here are the ones taken by yours truly .  The last photo is my favorite because that is exactly how she look like when I make her laugh ;P

Hollie & Brian’s Maternity Session

A couple weeks ago I got together with my friends Hollie and Brian for their maternity session.  They are expecting their first baby and I am honored they asked me to do this for them    Hollie and Brian are a super fun couple and I can’t wait to meet the little guy.  He’s gonna be smiley and laughing all the time just like his mommy and daddy.  I can’t wait to do a newborn session for them in a couple months! Jacob’s 4th Birthday

A couple weeks ago I was at my friend Helena’s house for her son Jacob’s 4th birthday.  As usual the food was awesome and I had so much fun hanging out with them and taking pics of all the kids having fun in the pool.   I really love the cake Helena designed and ordered from a local bakery.  You’ll know what I mean when you see the pics!

I Heart Faces Photowalk | Dana Point

A couple weeks ago I attended the I Heart Faces Photowalk in Dana Point with my friend Amy.  I was a little disappointed with myself because I couldn’t find my camera charger the night before.  I had just came back from my first destination wedding in Las Vegas and was still trying to catch up with life back at home so I was totally not with the program.  I shot for not even an hour and my camera was dead   The rest of the time I just enjoyed the walk.  I will definitely go back to that area to shoot again.  Being a total foodie I have to try out some of those restaurants there
